What are the charges for the Metal Card?

The metal card can be availed for a one time cost of Rs.999. There are no annual charges and the card is free for life time after the initial payment of Rs.999.

How do I get the metal card?

Visit the Dhani app and click on the Metal card banner displayed on the Home Page.
If you're not a Full KYC user, then go through the Aadhaar based Full KYC set-up and become a Full KYC user.
Once your Full KYC setup is completed, activate your digital card.
Once your digital card is activated, opt for a physical card from the My card screen.
Opt for the metal card by paying the card amount mentioned on the screen. Once paid for the amount, we will process and deliver the metal card at your doorstep.

How do I activate my Metal Card?

You can activate your new metal card by clicking on ‘Activate Card’ on the metal card tile of the My Card screen.

On clicking this, you would be routed to the Activate Physical Card screen where you would have to enter the 16 digits of the number printed on the physical card
On clicking Continue, you would be shown a popup stating that any existing card would be blocked on activation of the current card
On confirming, you would be asked to set a 4 digit pin and confirm it
Post OTP authentication, you should receive the ‘Card Successfully Activated’ prompt

How can I access my Metal Card on the app?

You can access your metal card on the app by visiting the My cards section. You can enable/disable your metal card from here. You can view exclusive offers and benefits of the metal card by clicking on the view offers and benefits link in the My Cards section. Further, every metal card user gets a dedicated number to speak to a relationship manager should they face any issues. By clicking on the Call Your Relationship Manager tile you would be able to connect with the customer support team should you have any queries or grievances.

Can I deactivate my metal card?

Yes, you can disable it by clicking on the My card option on the app. You can toggle the ON/OFF switch on this screen to enable/disable the card

How can I view the cashback earned for a transaction?

Cashback earned using the metal card is visible to users under the ‘General Wallet' statement of the Wallet section.

Is there a Cash-back limit?

There is a monthly cashback limit applicable on metal card. Currently, a user can avail a maximum cashback of Rs.1,000/- per month. Start date is considered as the date when the user opts for a metal card.

What is my Billing Cycle?

Since this offer has a one-time fee to avail the card, there is no billing cycle applicable for this offer.

I already have a Dhani card, can I upgrade to the Metal Card?

Yes, an existing Dhani card user can upgrade to the metal card at anytime by ordering the metal card from the My Cards section of the app and paying the one time fees of Rs.999.

I already have a metal card can I get another metal card?

For a metal card customer to opt for another metal card or standard card, you must opt for the lost card option which will block your current metal card. After blocking, you will be able to opt for either of 2 cards - standard or metal card.

I upgraded to the metal card but can no longer see my old card on the app?

On activating your new Metal Card, the app will show your new black metal card instead of the old blue card on the My Card section.
